Mornings at Stone Hill Inn begin slowly, sweetly, and filled with sunlight.
Our included three-course breakfast is a celebration of Vermont flavors, thoughtfully prepared and served in one of Stowe’s most beautiful dining rooms. With high ceilings, forty windows, and private tables for each guest room, the space fills with early light and the welcoming scent of fresh coffee and warm pastries.

Start your morning with a fresh cup of our locally roasted coffee, now available by the bag so you can take a little sunshine home with you. In addition to our regular brew, we serve specialty coffee drinks during breakfast. Choose from a rich double espresso, smooth cappuccino, classic latte, or refreshing iced latte — all available for an additional charge.
1st and 2nd Course
Begin your breakfast with a pairing of fresh seasonal fruit and a warm, house-baked pastry. Both are served together and change daily to reflect the season.
Main Course
Next, choose your favorite of three options.
One savory, like a fluffy omelet, a French herbed scramble, or another creative egg dish. One sweet, often Todd’s famous pancakes in flavors like lemon blueberry, raspberry, cinnamon, apple cinnamon, or classic buttermilk. Or something simple and hearty, like Vermont oatmeal with fresh berries.

We partner with Vermont farmers and local producers whenever we can. Meats, yogurt, cheese, granola, coffee, and breads all reflect the quality and richness of this region. The coffee, roasted just down the road by Movement Coffee Roasters, is bold, smooth, and perfect for starting the day.
Breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m., but if you're heading out early to ski or golf, just let us know and we’ll have you covered.
With advanced notice, we can accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary restrictions.

“Green Mountain Views All Around”
I know we will return again soon. The Inn rests on top of a hill with Green Mountain views all around. The owners and staff are outstanding; they define the true meaning of customer service. The breakfasts were wonderful. The room was warm and comfortable.

Kristie and Todd are the most welcoming hosts you could ever ask for. The inn, the rooms, the grounds are all beautiful and just as welcoming as the hosts. I have food allergies and they even make me a special AIP breakfast every morning that is delicious! We always stay at Stone Hill when we are in the Stowe area.

They made everything so easy and enjoyable! Before our stay I had called Kristie, as I am on AIP, and the dietary restrictions make it hard to travel. She knew exactly what I needed. We talked for over a half hour. She made special breakfasts for me each morning, that were completely amazing! She made our reservations for the things we wanted to do and even called a restaurant to explain to them what I could and couldn’t have.

My wife and I can’t say enough good things about Stone Hill Inn. Great rooms very spacious, fabulous grounds and unmatched Texas sized hospitality. I say Texas sized because that’s where the owners Kristie and Todd used to reside before they decided to move their family to beautiful Vermont. Each morning of our stay Todd prepared us a fantastic breakfast and my being gluten free wasn’t ever an issue. I told them ahead of time of my food preference and things couldn’t have been better. Todd arranged dinner for us one night at a restaurant downtown (the name escapes me) and it had to be one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten with mushrooms to die for.

Rest, Warmth and Experience of Beauty
We couldn’t have found a better home away from home for our weekend in VT. Accommodations were luxurious and comfortable - with a jacuzzi, a fire place connected to the bathroom and bedroom, and homemade breakfasts that would rival the most spectacular restaurants. "Unforgettable Honeymoon"
Found this gem online and booked their suite, the Catamount Room, for our honeymoon. The online pictures don’t do this place justice. Kristie and Todd are amazing people, a true representation of hospitality. Not only did they open up their beautiful home to us, but they were there to help with planning our time in VT, arranged for a fabulous dinner out, and made us feel at home. No wonder my boyfriend chose the place to propose during the most beautiful morning, watching the snow fall slowly while eating pancakes. The guests are served with premium service, the breakfast is amazing. The location is very good, between the ski station and the city. “Serene Gem. Top-Notch Gourmet”
What a wonderfully serene gem to stay in! Breakfast (included) is top-notch gourmet, with freshly cut fruits and so-much-more (and far superior to the big-name hotel breakfasts). It is our first experience at a B&B in Vermont (we are Vermonters so don’t often choose to getaway in our own state), but we would love to come back for another romantic getaway and look forward to staying here during the winter months as well.
