The online pictures don't do this place justice. Kristie and Todd are amazing people, a true representation of hospitality. Not only did they open up their beautiful home to us, but they were there to help with planning our time in VT, arranged for a fabulous dinner out, and made us feel at home. The breakfasts were simple and tasty, a perfect start to the day. Thank you for making our honeymoon unforgettable.

Champagne on tap, followed by an in-room two-person jacuzzi... ok, this is a family site :). In all seriousness, one of the very few places that exceeds Disney in terms of attention to detail and uncompromising focus on quality. We had several moments where the thought put into small details surprised and delighted; really just a great place to retreat. It is *not* cheap. On our recent week's VT break, this was the most expensive place that we stayed; it may also have been the best value, because it's in a different league from even other 'luxury' inns. I hate writing hagiographic reviews, but here there's little alternative - even the small guest kitchen was perfect to keep beer cold, recharge icepacks and nibble a cookie; the rooms have beautiful garden views, excellent beds, and a delightful breakfast in the morning. We will return.

Reviewer: Michael C., New York, NY Rating: 5/5 stars Date: 1/4/2018 This is a premiere B&B experience in Vermont. Todd and Christie make it a home away from home and much more. They made us feel like family and are very helpful with all of the local tips and information to maximize your enjoyment. The housekeeper, Tony is first rate, and always there to insure all of our needs. The rooms are top notch, with spectacular views and the everything is new and immaculate. The amenities include a beautiful two room fireplace and jacuzzi, which makes for a very cozy and romantic spa-like experience. A gourmet breakfast every morning is superb start to the day. Can't wait to return.

We decided to stop in Stowe at the last minute and they were nice enough to let us have a room for one night. The house is beautiful with lovely grounds and a sitting area. There is also a nice game room/etc. The inn has a guest kitchenette with cold water, coffee and cookies. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are huge! Breakfast was wonderful and everyone was so friendly. They are close to everything, town and the mountain. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.
