Ceremonies are scheduled between 12:00 and 2:00 pm to ensure a smooth experience for all guests at the Inn. During Vermont’s peak leaf season, check-in for other guests begins at 4:00 pm. Lodging included in our elopement packages is reserved for the Bride and Groom only. WHAT COUPLES ARE SAYING "Beautiful Elopement and Stay at the Stone Hill Inn" We did the Roses and Memories Elopement Package at the Stone Hill Inn and absolutely loved it. We really felt like Kings and Queens there. We had the ceremony in the dining room surrounded by windows on all sides to allow for the sun to soak in on us. The ceremony was so beautiful and with no one else there it felt very special and intimate. The room was wonderful, especially the jacuzzi which was probably its best feature. The fireplace which is on both the bedroom and the bathroom was also a very nice touch. Other highlights of the stay were the couples massage that we had on our last night there. The masseuse was extremely professional... We ordered the cheese and fruit platter which was fantastic, the assortment of cheeses, crackers and fruit was perfect. Reserve Now WHAT COUPLES ARE SAYING "Birthday in Vermont" From the moment I reserved the Sterling room I began receiving welcome notes, communications and additional information regarding the property. There were follow-up emails that included directions, additional adventures that Kristie or Todd could arrange, and added special occasion things that they would include (i.e. in room massage, dozen roses, chocolates, etc.). I added the charcuterie board and a bottle of cabernet (celebrating my wife's birthday). They sent messages in advance advising dinner reservations ( which they offered to make for us) as well as several dining suggestions. The day prior to our arrival I received a message welcoming us and asking if there was anything that we needed including when the special items I ordered should be in the room. The Stone Hill Inn is one of the finest B&B experiences my wife and I have ever enjoyed. It has to be THE #1 B&B in all of New England. The West Branch room was perfect. Highly suggest booking well in advance so you can have a more private end of the hall room. The patio is nice and you can head off for a little walk around the trail on the property. The inn is in a great location a couple miles from town. So much to see and do. Perfect weather in August. Just a wonderful trip for my wife's birthday. What a beautiful place to come at the perfect time of the year. The inn was beautifully decorated for Christmas, we had snow pretty much every day (enough, but not too much), the Town of Stowe was having their Christmas celebrations, and Todd and Kristie (and Tony, too!) made sure we were well taken care of. The breakfasts were amazing, the bed was so comfortable, and the views from anywhere in the inn are spectacular. Thank you - you made her wish come true! We don't travel as much as we used to, but this was a trip to remember, and we will definitely be returning soon. A wonderful place to be! Booked a stay over the labor day weekend for my boyfriend and I to celebrate his birthday. It was our first time in Stowe and the Stone Hill Inn. The 2 person jacuzzi and double sided fireplace in our room were fantastic. Also, I can’t stress enough how CLEAN and fresh smelling our room was. From the bathroom to the carpets to the bed linens to the drapes it was pristine. Like most people my boyfriend and I choose places based on reviews and pictures and this place did not disappoint. The breakfast was top notch and made fresh to order. We also loved that although the inn only has 9 rooms it was very spacious. The only time we ever saw other couples was in the dining room in the morning. Otherwise it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
